Hair Transplant

This approach comes in two ways, the Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). FUT also known as strip harvesting is done by taking a strip of skin from a donor site to a balding area. This strip of scalp contains hair follicles grouped singularly to fours. These hair follicles are then extracted through microscopic dissection process, which protects them from damage or trauma. They are then inserted into the tiny holes prepared on the recipient area of the scalp.

FUE also known as FUE harvesting is done by removing hair follicles individually with the use of local anaesthesia and tiny punches that are 0.6-1.25mm in diameter. Each follicle is then inserted in the balding area with the use of a micro blade.

Laser Hair Therapy (LHT)

This is a non-surgical approach by using low-level light lasers in treating thinning hair, scalp problems and hair loss. It has been around for 30 years and has proven its safety and effectiveness since then. Laser diodes are placed on your head and the laser light are then delivered to hit this diodes stimulating cell metabolism which aids the damaged cells in repairing themselves.
